Congratulations to Trevor our president who is N.Ireland's "Unsung Hero" Lloyds Foundation Bank said:
The judges were overwhelmed by the dedication of Trevor Monteith. One of the longest standing members (over 30 years’ service), Trevor, who had recently celebrated his 80th birthday was the one person everyone turns to for advice. He has given his life to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and was instrumental in the set-up of the new supported living scheme
We are very proud of you :-)

We will be fundraing by taking part in the blaze fire walk challenge. Anyone interested should contact Thomas for a sponsor form. Each participant must raise a mininum of £150
For reasons of safety, the firewalk is an evening event.
The Blaze Firewalk Challenge runs for three hours from beginning to end. All participants must go through the private motivational psychology Fear Buster seminar called “Learn or Burn” designed to equip them with the resources to walk unharmed across 20‟ of wood embers burning at 1236 degrees Fahrenheit. No spectators, videos, cameras or audio equipment are allowed in the “Learn of Burn” seminar; although they are welcome, with prior approval, at the walk itself. No drugs or alcohol are allowed before or during the event. The Blaze team that we bring with us will deal with building the fire, monitoring the fire and tending the firewalk. The Blaze team also undertakes extinguishing the fire and clearing the site. All firewalk participants must undergo the training procedure from the beginning. Prospective participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Blaze team will refuse to accept any participant if they believe this is the case. The training is based around proven motivational and psychological methods. It does not involve any element of hypnosis,
